Client Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

7. Service Delivery and Timelines

We strive to deliver services within agreed timelines. However, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by client feedback, approvals, or provision of necessary materials will extend delivery timelines accordingly. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from delivery delays.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. For technical services, we provide support as outlined in individual service agreements.

Website Disclaimer: Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

By You: You may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement. Termination fees may apply for early cancellation.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees. Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered upon full payment.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TimetoHive harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.

Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

14. FBN Network Terms

Participation in our Fusion Business Network (FBN) is subject to additional terms:

• Members must conduct themselves professionally and ethically
• Network opportunities are provided as-is without guarantees of business outcomes
• Members are responsible for their own business relationships and transactions
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to remove members who violate network policies

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent website notification.

16. Force Majeure
